How booking works
- Send the request with the form. You don't pay anything yet.
- We WhatsApp you the instructions for the $29.900 deposit. Your spot is held once we receive it.
- The balance is requested once the accommodation and group are confirmed. If the organiser cancels, what you paid is refunded.

Can I come alone?
Yes. That's exactly who it's designed for.
Where do we sleep?
In shared accommodation in the Olmué area. The exact location is confirmed before the event.
Is transport included?
Not yet. We'll arrange the best option with the group once bookings close.
Do I have to dress up?
Recommended. Not compulsory.
Is alcohol included?
No. BYOB.
What if the group isn't confirmed?
The final balance isn't charged until the event and accommodation are confirmed. If the organiser cancels, any payment received is refunded under the booking conditions.
